Mattress and box spring removal in Tacoma
A mattress is the item most likely to be sitting against the side of the house right now. Any size, one number, gone today when you ask by 2pm, if availability allows.
What it costs
$125
At the curb, or carried out from the ground floor. A second one is $125 too. Anything else going on the same trip is $59, up to 4 things in all.
Flat rates cover Pierce County. For pickups in King County, contact us for a price: (253) 369-1857 or info@vanquishjunk.com.
What the flat rate covers
- One mattress or one box spring, any size from crib to king
- The bag, if you have one, and the mess if you do not
- The lift and the load
- The tipping fee at the gate
Call it what you like. This price is the same for box spring, bed base, twin, queen, king, crib mattress.
Stairs or an upper floor
That is a different job, so it does not get a flat number. Send a photo instead and we price the carry with the item.

Is a mattress and box spring one item or two?
Two. Each one is $125, so a mattress and its box spring are $250 for the set.
Does it need to be bagged?
No. Bag it if it has been outside in the rain and you would rather it did not drip through the house on the way out.
What about five or more?
That is a load, not a flat rate, because the transfer station starts charging per piece at the fifth one. Send a photo and we price it as a load.
A second one is $125 too; any other item on the same trip is $59. More than 4 is a load: send a photo.
